Tour Itinerary
The facilities of the amazing Kanha Tour Package will start with the arrival of guests at Kanha. From there, the guests will be picked up and dropped off at the pre-booked resort (if chosen, the pick-up and drop-off service). Then, they will be required to check in and have a delicious lunch in their accommodation. They can relax in the peaceful surroundings for some time and enjoy the fresh air of this spot. On the first day itself, the guests will go for their first gypsy safari inside Kanha, which will be included in their Kanha Online Package Booking. It will give them chances to spot the animals, especially the tigers. After the safari, the guests will be required to return to the resort for snacks, dinner, and a cozy night’s stay.
Wake up early in the fresh surroundings and greenery of Kanha. You will be required to wake up early morning for your second safari ride. Early mornings are the best time to spot animals as they remain active. Going on this safari will give you another exciting opportunity to spot tigers, deer, and other creatures of the forest. After spending 2 to 3 hours in the forest, return to the resort for breakfast. Then, you can spend the rest of the day as you like. Tourists can explore local attractions around Kanha, go for a leisurely nature walk, or simply relax by the pool at your resort. In the evening, enjoy tea and dinner before spending another peaceful night in the natural surroundings of Kanha.

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost..
- 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
- 7 to 14 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour cost..
- 2 to 6 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost..
- Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund..
- Gypsy Safari & Canter Safari fees are non-refundable..
- For bookings with 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided..
- Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date..
- Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account..
- Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year) have separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated as needed..
- Our Liabilities and Limitations: Any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately..
- Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..
Note: If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats, we will refund the full amount to your bank account.
