-
Any changes in government taxes, hotel tariffs, or safari fees will be communicated to you by email or phone. We will inform the tourists about the changes before their travel date so they can plan accordingly.
-
When you pay the safari amount on our site, we require the tourists to wait for 24 hours. We take this time to confirm the bookings and to generate the permit and vouchers. When you make a booking and pay the amount, it may still fail due to technical errors or the unavailability of seats. In such cases, the whole amount will be refunded to the guests in their bank accounts.
-
Peak season bookings (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.) have separate cancellation rules. We share those rules with the guests at the time of booking. If they make a booking for that time, then the cancellation policy is shared with them.
-
Hotels and resorts may also have their own cancellation policies for the bookings. We share those policies and inform the guests about them when it is required.
-
Any hike in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged separately.
-
Circumstances like force majeure events, strikes, weather issues, overbooking, or entry restrictions may arise. While we will do our best to provide alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation in such cases.
